"Born to Burn!"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Eruptor is a force of nature, hailing from a species that lived deep in the underground of a floating volcanic island until a massive eruption launched their entire civilization to the surface. He's a complete hot head -- steaming, fuming, and quite literally erupting over almost anything. To help control his temper, he likes to relax in lava pools, particularly because there are no crowds.

Overview 4/5: Eruptor is a great character that gives a lot of emotion and personality to his physical form. He has cracks through his skin to show that he's made of magma and has a large grinning maw of sharp teeth.
Paint 3/5: The paint for eruptor consists of only two colors a brick red and a stark yellow. His arms end in bulbous round hands and the red slowly fades into the yellow of the end of his nub hands. His single spike atop his head, the spikes on his shoulders, and his feet are also colored yellow.
Sculpt 4/5: Considering that I only own the series 1 and lightcore versions of Eruptor, i only have those two to go on. But the sculpt has stayed the same throughout his many incarnations. He has cracks going throughout his body to show you what he's made of. The series 1 figure is a relatively standard pose that a lot of the series one brute force skylanders seemed to have. He has one arm up over his head ready to lob a fire ball and the other pointed down. This gives off a strangely mario jump vibe. The lightcore on the other hand, has his arms splayed out and his mouth open like he's roaring at the world. The inside of the lightcore version's mouth is an orange transparent plastic for his light up affect.
Gimmick (Lightcore) 4/5: Eruptor's lightcore effect is his mouth. The inside of his mouth lights up a bright red-orange that is so bright that it can illuminate many other things beside his face. In that regard, he has a good effect, but the fact that the area that lights up is so small is an understatement as to how awesome he could have been. His hands could have totally lit up!
Misc 2/5: Eruptor has gotten a few too many reposes throughout his long and drawn out history. He has had a Series 1, Series 2, Series 3, and a Lightcore. Which is by far way too many figures for just one wowpow returning with him each time. I only own his series 1 and lightcore and even that's too much. But hey, "what ever floats your boat" I guess. The series 2 versions had the same pose as the series 1 version but he had a full head of yellow spikes which never showed up in game anyway, so it's kind of meaningless. His series 3 pose is his best pose, he has his arms up like his lightcore but he's puking a large flow of lava that spills onto his base.
